The Valley of the Moon Amateur Radio Club (VOMARC) held its annual picnic at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park on September 19, 2026. In addition to get our fill of hamburgers, hotdogs and sides, we also activated the park as part of the Parks on the Air (POTA) program. It was the fourth straight year of park activation for the club. Here are a few photos of the goings on.
You can also check out pictures from our previous picnics in 2025 and 2024.
Once again, Darrel (WD6BOR) manned the grill to cook up hamburgers and hotdogs. Mike (WB6TMH) is waiting for the next batch to be ready.
