The Activity Group of Belarus (AGB) offers a large number of Amateur Radio operating awards. Several of their awards are based on the zones of the world created as part of CQ Magazine’s Worked All Zones program. Zone 20 covers countries at the boundary between Europe and Asia. AGB offers up the Zone 20 Award for working Ham Radio stations just within that zone.

The entry level award (Class III) requires just 8 QSOs with stations in at least 6 different DXCC entities. Class II requires 10 QSOs and 8 entities while the top Class I requires 20 QSOs and 12 entities. These requirements apply to stations located outside of Zone 20. Stations within Zone 20 have a higher number of QSOs and entities. Refer to the official AGB page for more details.
But these three certificates are just the beginning of the AGB award program for Zone 20. There are also awards for working stations on a specific band (160M through 2M) or using a specific mode (one of FT4, FT8, JT65, JT9, T10 or JS8).
The certificate features a Matrix-like background and a map of the countries that make up the zone.
To apply for the Zone 20 Award, and all other AGB awards, you must install the UltimateAAC application on a Windows machine. That application scans your WSJT-X ADIF log file and will inform you when you’ve qualified for the award at various levels. AGB issues the award in digital form only (JPG or PDF) with no printing or shipping costs. In fact, the award is completely free, like all of their other awards.
