Worked All Continents Award – CDG

Looking for a free version of the  International Amateur Radio Union‘s Worked All Continents award? The Croatian Digital Group (CDG) offers up the Worked All Continents Award. It requires just 6 QSOs with Amateur Radio operators on each of the continually inhabited continents. The hard to contact Antarctica is not required, making this a relatively easy award to earn.

CDG’s version of WAC is just one of many awards sponsored by a number of organizations around the world. Once you obtain this you can use the same contacts to apply for other Continental awards.

CDG issues the award in digital form only (JPG or PDF) with no printing or shipping costs. The certificate features an historic looking map of the world.

To apply for the Worked All Continents Award, and all other Croatian Digital Group awards, you must install the UltimateAAC application on a Windows machine. That application scans your WSJT-X ADIF log file (or any ADIF file emitted by your logging software) and will inform you when you’ve qualified for the award at various levels.
